By using this website or booking a service at Anantram Spa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to guests aged 18 years and above. We may ask for a valid ID.

Bookings

• Appointments can be booked by phone or WhatsApp on 089765 87217. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. Late arrival may shorten your session so the next guest is not delayed.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payments and pricing

Prices are confirmed at the time of booking or at the reception and may change without notice. Payment is due before or immediately after the service. Offers cannot be combined unless stated.

Guest conduct

• We provide only professional, non-sexual massage and wellness services.
• Any inappropriate behaviour, request or language towards our staff will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served.

Health

You must tell us about any medical condition, allergy, pregnancy or injury before your session. Anantram Spa is not liable for any reaction or discomfort arising from undisclosed conditions.

Personal belongings

Please keep valuables with you or use the lockers provided. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or end any service at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
