Booking & Payment
Appointments should be booked in advance to ensure availability. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. We accept approved payment methods as displayed at our spa. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
Clients are requested to inform us in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our policy and management approval.
Service Limitations
Spa and massage services are provided strictly for relaxation and wellness purposes. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities before treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
User Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Liability
Anantram Spa is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your visit. Clients agree to use our services at their own discretion and responsibility.
